MIDI Rock Support

Connection help for MIDI Rock on iPhone and Mac.

For help, email [email protected]. Include your device model, operating-system version, MIDI interface and connected hardware where relevant. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Quick connection check

  1. Connect a class-compliant MIDI interface.
  2. Open SETUP.
  3. Select MIDI IN and MIDI OUT.
  4. If you use MIDI clock, select CLOCK OUT. It can be the same endpoint as MIDI OUT when your interface has one output.
  5. Use RESCAN MIDI after reconnecting hardware.
  6. Use PANIC / ALL NOTES OFF if a hardware instrument holds a note unexpectedly.

The MIDI activity log in SETUP can be exported when troubleshooting. MIDI Rock has no account or cloud service, so support may ask you to reproduce a problem and share that log yourself.
