Clock and transport

Manufacturer documented

GLOBAL 4 provides Auto (USB), Auto (MIDI) and Internal clock. The Auto modes use the internal clock until clock arrives at the selected port. A connected SYNC IN cable takes priority over the MIDI clock setting.

En Rx Transport controls reception of Start, Stop and Continue. Enable it when the external sequencer should control playback as well as tempo.

Notes and routing

Manufacturer documented

Set MIDI Ch in GLOBAL 4 to the sender’s channel. MIDI Route must be USB+MIDI to use the DIN connectors; USB limits transmission and reception to USB.

Local SW in GLOBAL 2 disconnects the keys from the sound engine when Off. Use this when a sequencer returns the keyboard notes, and restore On for standalone playing.
