Clock and routing

In GLOBAL 4, Clock Source offers Auto (USB), Auto (MIDI) and Internal. In either Auto mode, the minilogue uses its internal clock until clock is detected at the selected connector.

MIDI Route set to USB+MIDI uses both USB B and DIN MIDI connectors. The USB setting restricts MIDI transmission and reception to USB B. A cable at SYNC IN takes clock priority independently of the MIDI clock settings.

GLOBAL 4 sets a single MIDI Ch from 1–16 for both transmission and reception. Enable Rx MIDI and Enable Tx MIDI independently control whether the minilogue receives and transmits MIDI messages.

The owner’s manual points to Korg’s MIDI Implementation for exact message coverage. Do not infer a parameter’s CC number from the panel without checking that document.
