Cable: iPhone → compatible MIDI interface OUT → Prophecy MIDI IN
Set up the source
- Connect an iPhone-compatible MIDI interface and select its physical MIDI OUT in MIDI Rock.
- For notes, choose the app's MIDI OUT and match its output channel to the Prophecy's Global Channel.
- For arpeggiator tempo, select the same interface as CLOCK OUT and start MIDI Rock's clock.
Set up the destination
- For note reception, inspect GLB-8 [MIDI] → Global Channel and set the intended channel.
- For external arpeggiator tempo, set GLB-8 → Clock Source to EXTERNAL.
Test the route
Play one note from the app's routed input, then check whether the Prophecy responds. For clock, enable the Prophecy arpeggiator and confirm it follows the app tempo.
If it does not work
- No notes: check interface OUT → Prophecy IN and matching channel.
- No arpeggiator sync: check GLB-8 Clock Source, app CLOCK OUT selection and active transport.
